5. Online Booking and Service Providers

When you book an appointment through this website, we collect your name, mobile number, email, the chosen day and time, and any notes you choose to add. We use this data only to manage your booking: to confirm it and to let you change or cancel it.

The notes field is optional. You do not need to include health information; if you do, it will be used only to prepare for your appointment.

To do this we use the following service providers, which process the data on our behalf and according to our instructions:

  • Cal.com, Inc. (USA) — the online booking system, where the booking is recorded and which sends the confirmation emails.
  • Google (Google Calendar) — the clinic's calendar, where each booking is recorded.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — hosting for this website, through which the form data passes on its way to the booking system, and the form's anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile; see the Turnstile Privacy Addendum).

Some of these providers process data in the United States. In those cases, the transfer outside the European Economic Area relies on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Booking data is kept for as long as it is needed to manage appointments.

6. Cookies

This website uses one necessary cookie, cc_consent, which stores your cookie choice for 12 months.

Only if you accept statistics cookies do we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited), which stores the _ga and _ga_2HT2D85S3V cookies for up to 2 years to count visits and understand how the site is used, including the steps of online booking. We do not send Google your name, email or phone number. Google may process this data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The map in the contact section is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when the map loads.

You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookies” link in the site footer.

Personal data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, namely:

  • Clinical data: 5 years after last contact, as per applicable legislation
  • Billing data: 10 years, as per tax obligations
